- Intent Mode

- The Clarity Score measures how closely your actual watch time aligns with the goal you set at the start of a session. Three coherent topics score higher than 47 rabbit holes. Read full definition →
- Diversity Score
- The Diversity Score measures how varied your YouTube consumption is across topics, channels, and content types over time. Too low means filter bubble. Too high means scattered. There is a healthy band and Gazenest shows you yours. Read full definition →
- Honest Watch Tracking
- Honest Watch Tracking counts only seconds where the video is the active tab and the window has focus. Hover previews and background tabs are excluded. Read full definition →
- Binge Detection
- Binge detection flags sessions where you watched several videos in a row without returning to a declared intent -- a signal that the recommendation system has taken over from conscious choice. Read full definition →
- Watch Budget
